Dragon's Lair International Jousting Tournament

Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. 2001

Here are some photos of the tournament that I took with my little digital camera.
The knights ride on various breeds of draft and draft-cross horses, one of which is an American Cream Draft, a very rare draft breed.
If you have never had the privilege of witnessing a proper full-contact jousting match then you are missing out on a truly astounding spectacle.
