This is Billy, a grey Shire gelding. He's a versatile fellow.

He pulls the wagon, the cultivator and the harrows,
and is always careful to make sure the camera is set right.

Sadly, Billy is no longer with us. Ellie from the Norfolk Shire Horse Centre wrote to me recently saying: "Billy the grey Shire gelding from The Norfolk Shire Horse Centre died on New Year's Day. We think he had a heart attack. So I'm really glad you took those photos of him, they are a lovely memorial of a gentle, loverble and cheeky horse."
